aTc-assay screen of NCI oncology library Corrella Detweiler (25303962) Bacteriology mScarlet-I3 Tet-on efflux pump <p dir="ltr">We developed a whole-cell efflux pump inhibitor (EPI) screening assay that identifies compounds that are PMF disruptors, enabling their avoidance. We used this assay to screen a limited library of oncology-focused compounds in a gram-negative bacterial pathogen of the Enterobacteriaceae family.
