<b>Survey Dataset for the Study of </b><b>The Impact of Integrating Project Management Techniques on Improving the Performance of Infrastructure Projects: </b><b>An Application to Greater Cairo Metro</b> Hesham Sayed Seifelnaser Soliman (25301931) Project management Project Management Infrastructure Projects Infrastructure Project Performance Earned Value Management Work Breakdown Structure Program Evaluation and Review Technique PERT Six Sigma Infrastructure Rehabilitation Greater Cairo Metro Metro Line 1 Project Performance Survey Data Structural Equation Modeling SEM <p dir="ltr"><b>Dataset Description</b></p><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the anonymized survey responses collected for the study entitled “The Impact of Integrating Project Management Techniques on Improving the Performance of Infrastructure Projects (With Application on Greater Cairo Metro).”</p><p dir="ltr">The study investigates the relationship between the integrated application of four project management techniques—Earned Value Management (EVM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT), and Six Sigma—and infrastructure project performance.</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset contains 242 valid questionnaire responses from professionals involved in the Fire Protection System Rehabilitation Project on Greater Cairo Metro Line 1. The questionnaire included demographic information and 40 measurement items assessed using a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). The measurement items cover four dimensions of the independent construct (EVM, WBS, PERT, and Six Sigma) and four dimensions of infrastructure project performance (Budget Control, Scope Adherence, Schedule Adherence, and Quality Improvement).</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset is provided in Excel format and is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and further academic analysis of the reported research findings. No directly identifying personal information is included in the dataset.</p><p dir="ltr">The data were collected for academic research purposes with institutional authorization for questionnaire distribution and data collection.
