<b>KP-AMR-CC-Q</b> Ali Haider Mohammed (16635984) antimicrobial resistance database <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains de-identified survey responses from 112 Malaysian hospital pharmacists used for the development and preliminary psychometric evaluation of the Knowledge and Practice of Antimicrobial Resistance in Cancer Care Questionnaire (KP-AMR-CC-Q). Data were collected via Qualtrics between March and July 2026. The field-test instrument contained 44 knowledge and 23 practice items together with demographic and professional characteristics, including oncology experience, antimicrobial stewardship training, and previous AMR exposure. The dataset supported item response theory analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and internal-consistency assessment.
