<dc:description>
Objective: To describe the modeling and co-creation of actions/interventions to strengthen men's access, reception, and bonding within Primary Health Care, analyzing priority, perceived feasibility, the need for adaptation, and barriers/facilitators. Method: A two-phase methodological, cross-sectional study. The first phase utilized actions derived from a systematic review to develop and refine a survey, involving stakeholders and expert judges. In the second phase, 383 participants from Brazil's five regions evaluated 18 actions using a four-point ordinal scale, based on Implementation Science and the Beacon Theory frameworks. Statistical analyses included the Kruskal-Wallis test, Benjamini-Hochberg correction, Dunn’s post-hoc test with Holm adjustment, and the exact sign test. Open-ended responses underwent content analysis and were interpreted using the CFIR framework. Results: Content Validity Indices (CVI) ranged from 0.91 to 0.97. Participants included 103 service users, 137 professionals, and 143 managers. No differences were found between groups regarding priority or adaptation. Feasibility ratings varied across the 18 actions, with users providing lower scores. Priority ratings exceeded feasibility ratings for 17 actions. Seven actions scored above the median in both dimensions. Facilitators included staff training, management, communication, and active outreach; barriers included issues related to masculinities, adherence, and work organization. Conclusion: There was convergence regarding priority but divergence regarding feasibility, providing insights to guide the selection and adaptation of interventions.
</dc:description>
