The set comprises three interrelated documents: the first presents a similarity dendrogram of Value-Generating Practices among the eight Protected Areas studied, constructed from a presence–absence matrix of the practices using the Dice–Sørensen similarity index and the UPGMA clustering method; the second consists of a spreadsheet containing the Value-Generating Practices identified in the Protected Areas, comprising the 72 practices assessed and their classification according to occurrence, recognition, and value-generating potential, distributed across different use categories; and the third consists of the questionnaire administered to protected area managers, developed based on the Protected Area Asset Framework (Jepson., et al 2017) and used to identify and classify the practices, as well as to collect information on managers’ professional profiles, experience, length of service, monitoring frequency, and perceptions related to protected-area management.
