Gene-tree/species-tree reconciliation of the P-type ATPase, MrpA, and MrpD transporter subfamilies. The dataset contains the reconciliation results for the three transporter subfamilies used to evaluate their evolutionary histories in terms of speciation, origination, duplication, gene loss, and horizontal gene transfer. The ATPase, MrpA, and MrpD tables provide the inferred probabilities of each evolutionary event at individual species-tree nodes for the P-type ATPase, MrpA, and MrpD subfamilies. An event was considered supported at a node when its inferred probability exceeded 0.5.
