<dc:description>
Physical systems do not have access to every imaginable configuration. Constituents, local laws, relations, environmental conditions, causal structure, and history jointly restrict the set of states that remain physically accessible. Within that restricted region, dynamics and stability criteria select configurations that can persist, while realized structures may in turn modify the constraints encountered by later processes.

This work develops a shared cross-domain selection architecture for matter, continuous physical fields, and living systems. Constituents and local laws are held fixed while relations, constraints, causal accessibility, physical conditions, and history are allowed to vary. The resulting framework is expressed through a sequence from unconstrained configuration space to physically accessible states, attractors or metastable states, realized structures, and finally measurable geometric, spectral, chemical, topological, or morphological signatures.

Path dependence is treated as an essential component of selection, so identical present ingredients need not produce identical outcomes when their histories differ. The paper also examines whether a realized structure can itself generate new constraints for later layers, and provides minimal demonstrations using membrane-dependent accessibility and reaction-network edge opening.

Operational information is distinguished from ontological interpretation. A separate extension explores an informational fifth-dimension hypothesis in which structured possibility is treated as free, non-spatial and non-temporal, with conditional spatiotemporal realization under appropriate physical constraints. Kenji Yoshida's complementary interpretation of information as dynamic change in physically realized relationships is kept conceptually distinct.

The work further introduces a geometric realization test in which Fibonacci, golden-ratio, logarithmic-spiral, helical, vortical, branching, fractal, and related geometric families compete as candidate signatures rather than being presupposed universal forms. Explicit falsification conditions are retained throughout.

A separate CDSG/CDFG extension is included with precise attribution to Marcin Słowik for the Confined Dual-Spiral Geometry and Complete Double-Fibonacci Geometry architecture, while earlier Fibonacci and golden-ratio spiral antecedents are separately cited according to their documented scope.
</dc:description>
