<dc:description>
FHAT | Flash Liquidity Vacuum Validated (Sep 30)
16:00 EDT MUU earnings
Pre-set limit $35.50 → filled 16:01:20
Exit $36.00 in 20s → +$500 (1,000 sh)

This technical note documents the empirical field validation of the Flash Liquidity Vacuum Protocol (FLVP; Rule FP-IV-A) under the Quad-Clock Event Architecture during the September 30, 2026 trading session. Focusing on high-impact exogenous shock windows—specifically the 16:00 EDT mega-cap earnings release (Micron / MUU) and the 20:00 EDT Asia-Pacific regular cash open (KOSPI / SOXL)—the study investigates the mechanics of transient order-book voids and mechanical mean-reversion at structural moving average boundaries.

Guided by historical chart analogs (250923 and 260318), key price thresholds were computed ex-ante: an initial algorithmic down-flush of −6.0% from the USD 37.20 pre-event baseline targeted an extreme discount zone around USD 34.968, supported by the Daily MA10 anchor (~USD 35.30). To balance edge capture and fill certainty, limit buy orders were pre-committed at USD 35.500 prior to the cash close (15:23:55 EDT on Webull; 15:58:30 EDT on Desjardins Online Brokerage).

Following the 16:00:00 EDT earnings print, an algorithmic sweep produced a flash wick to USD 34.920 (−6.1%), puncturing the Daily MA10 by −1.1% before triggering passive fills at USD 35.500 at 16:01:20 EDT simultaneously across both brokerages. The primary position (1,000 shares) was mechanically liquidated at USD 36.000 at 16:01:40 EDT (+1.41% / +$500.00 USD in 20 seconds), while secondary tranches captured follow-up relay expansions. The protocol was further corroborated at the 20:00 EDT clock node on SOXL, where a pre-placed limit buy at USD 146.900 (5M MA200/MA500 shelf) was passively filled at 20:30:21 EDT and exited at USD 147.900 at 20:47:52 EDT (+0.68%).

By documenting identical fill prices and timestamps across independent institutional and retail brokerage platforms, this case provides auditable proof of scale-invariance and cross-clock reproducibility. It demonstrates that establishing strict temporal ordering—pre-positioning passive liquidity ahead of event timestamps rather than chasing post-release price action—eliminates manual execution latency and mitigates curve-fitting risks in algorithmic market environments.

Keywords

Market Microstructure; Liquidity Vacuum; Quad-Clock Architecture; Rule FP-IV-A; Flash Liquidity Vacuum Protocol (FLVP); Rule FP-III-J; Fractal-Holographic Analog Trading (FHAT); Ex-Ante Field Test; Earnings Dislocation; Mean Reversion; Moving Average Overshoot; MUU; SOXL; Desjardins Online Brokerage; Webull Canada; Technical Note 022
</dc:description>
