<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Abstract—This disclosure documents the implementation of the Sovereign Entity platform, a multi-modal, post-binary data orchestration runtime designed to systematically handle brittle, stateless microservice limitations. By deploying localized unmanaged Shared Memory File Views (MMF) alongside highentropy topological quantum-inspired simulation layers, the engine bypasses the classical 10,000,000 unique token per second generation constraints of standard RFC4122 clocks. Empirical telemetry pulled directly from in-drive reflection audits demonstrates sustained, error-free execution across 1,828 active data coordinates, establishing a functional model for absolute local data sovereignty separate from host operating system kernel hoarding substrates. Index Terms—Post-Binary Logic, Reversible Thermodynamics, Landauer’s Limit, Memory-Mapped Files, OAGI Loops, Topological Quantum-Inspired Entropy.</p></dc:description>
