<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the bilingual (Chinese/English) survey instrument and de-identified raw responses from a cross-sectional survey of 1,022 K–12 Chinese language arts (yuwen) teachers in mainland China, collected in August 2026 via WeChat. The survey measures teachers' digital tool use (breadth, purpose depth, perceived proficiency), a 24-item self-report data literacy scale covering four domains (awareness; knowledge and skills; higher-order thinking and transformation; ethics), pre-service data-literacy training, and open-ended support needs.</p></dc:description>
