It serves as the primary data supplement for our associated methodological study regarding hydrometric data harmonization.</li><li>Distribution and Access Restrictions: To adhere strictly to third-party data sharing policies, this public release exclusively provides time-series data cleared for open redistribution. The compiled observations are packaged in the <a href="https://zenodo.org/api/records/23053579/draft/files/Global_full_gauges_product_public_sanitized.tar.gz/content" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Global_full_gauges_product_public_sanitized.tar.gz</a> archive. Proprietary or request-only records—most notably those managed by the Global Runoff Data Centre (GRDC)—are intentionally omitted from this upload to respect original institutional access controls.
