They are low-dimensional abstractions, not formulas extracted from Solidity/EVM execution semantics.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Exact counts and ApproxMC results characterize only the declared predicates and domains. They do not estimate real-world exploitation likelihood.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;All eight unchecked-call records share one Boolean predicate, so the nominal 32 rows are not 32 independent semantic observations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Quantum results are analytic query and category-template resource estimates. No gate-level oracle was generated or equivalence-checked, and no physical error-correction model is included.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;code&gt;data/manifests/exploits.csv&lt;/code&gt; is a legacy manifest whose fixed 65 ms and &lt;code&gt;exploit_reproducible=true&lt;/code&gt; fields lack per-test evidence. Do not treat those fields as verified measurements. The revised &lt;code&gt;src/exploit/runner.py&lt;/code&gt; would record real exit codes, runtimes, hashes, and logs, but it was not executed during this audit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
