<dc:description><p>Despite unprecedented access to well-being initiatives and resources, adults in educational and professional contexts often struggle to translate well-being intentions into sustained practice. Within this paradoxical landscape, the intention–practice gap reflects the dynamic interaction and relationship between individuals’ inner experience and the nested systems that shape daily life. This article introduces the ϴ-Framework for Lifelong Well-Being (ϴ-LLW), a pragmatic and conceptual approach informed by systems thinking, eudaimonic well-being, and adult learning theory. LLW is understood as a multidimensional and contextually embedded process oriented towards a sense of coherence, experienced as life harmony and supported by the relational unity between inner experience and outer nested systems. The framework is enacted through a flexible learning architecture grounded in design-based learning principles, integrating reflective prompts, micropractices, and supportive environmental conditions. Together, these elements support adults in translating lived experience into feasible, embedded practices that can be sustained over time. Drawing on research-informed and practice-based educational examples, the ϴ-LLW positions well-being as both individually enacted and systemically supported, highlighting both the possibilities and constraints of cultivating purpose, kindness, and meaningful connection across diverse settings. The framework offers a flexible and fluid lens for supporting well-being across the lifespan.</p></dc:description>
