<p>Isolated cDCs and pDCs are cultured with or without <i>L</i>. <i>bulgaricus</i> OLL1073R-1 for 6 h for mRNA-seq (n = 4). Volcano plots expressing differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in (A) cDCs and (B) pDCs were shown. Blue and red dots represent genes that were downregulated or upregulated (DEGs, |log<sub>2</sub>FC| > 0.5, <i>p</i> < 0.05), respectively, following stimulation with OLL1073R-1. Upper 20 enriched pathways of upregulated DEGs in (C) cDCs and (D) pDCs were shown. Count indicates the number of DEGs in each pathway. Percent DE indicates the percentage of DEGs in the total object in each pathway.</p>
