<dc:description>
This repository contains the raw data, processed data, statistical outputs, figures, model objects, and R scripts supporting the associated study on early-life zebrafish responses to ecologically relevant chemical cue environments.

Zebrafish embryos were exposed to seven cue-water treatments: control (C), conspecific-conditioned water (CC), non-predator heterospecific cue water (NC), conspecific alarm cue (AS), predator-conditioned water (PC), predation-event cue water (DC), and post-digestion predator cue water (DCP). The analyses cover hatching dynamics, 13 larval morphometric traits, locomotor and spatial behavior from 4 to 6 dpf, initial dark-onset responses, repeated dark-onset response plasticity, and cross-domain phenotypic integration.

Eight R scripts reproduce the complete analysis workflow and should be run sequentially from 01 to 08 from the repository root directory. Detailed directory structure, required inputs, script dependencies, and execution order are documented in README.md and RUN_ORDER.txt.

The repository includes original EthoVision behavioral exports, processed behavioral datasets, clutch-level hatching and morphology summaries, statistical tables, model objects, and final cross-domain integration outputs. Chinese strings retained within the behavioral preprocessing script are used solely to match column labels in the original EthoVision exports and should not be translated.
</dc:description>
