It includes: agromorphological characterisation of segregating lines derived from <i>Stevia rebaudiana</i> cv. ‘Morita II’; field experimental design and UPOV-based descriptors; molecular characterisation using SSR markers, including DNA extraction, PCR optimisation, electrophoretic profiles and curation of the final multilocus matrix; physiological and biochemical data, including steviol glycoside quantification and chromatographic records; and the experimental and statistical support for the <i>in vitro</i> propagation protocol, covering establishment, shoot multiplication and rooting.
