Time Dilation Infinite Universe Hypothesis <p dir="ltr">The GENESIS Black Hole–White Hole Multiverse Hypothesis proposes a model of cosmological reproduction in which gravitational collapse does not terminate at a singularity, but undergoes a black-hole-to-white-hole transition that seeds an expanding daughter universe. The hypothesis combines established and proposed results from general relativity, quantum-gravity black-hole transition models, cosmological inflation and large-scale expansion to investigate whether black holes may function as progenitors of independent spacetimes.</p><p dir="ltr">GENESIS explores the extreme difference between the short proper time experienced within the collapsing system and the vastly longer transition timescale seen from the parent universe, together with the spatial displacement produced by motion and cosmological expansion during that interval. It develops these mechanisms into a model of successive universe formation and an indefinitely continuing cosmological genealogy.</p><p dir="ltr">This preprint presents the GENESIS hypothesis, its mathematical framework, supporting physical arguments, worked calculations, relationship to existing research, and potential routes toward observational falsification.</p><p dir="ltr">Frank Gilhooley, Independent Researcher.
