Edition 1 (Q4 2026) covers 8,494 kit prices from 73 companies, captured 24-27 September 2026.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Prices are kit prices in USD, before tax, shipping, footings and installation. Where a required component (such as posts) has a public price, it is added. Kits missing a required price, bracket-only and sleeve kits, accessories, bundles, quote-only products, soft-top gazebos and arbors are excluded.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">The file holds published aggregates only: median, 25th and 75th percentile, minimum and maximum $/sq ft by roof category; $/sq ft by size band; typical price at common sizes (10x10, 12x12 and others); and a marketplace vs brand-direct benchmark.
