Using panel data from leased hotels across multiple markets, it analyzes whether operational indicators such as occupancy, RevPAR, and lease terms are associated with subsequent increases in property value. The study proposes that strong operational performance and professional management can enhance long-term hotel asset value, beyond the effects of location and physical characteristics.&lt;/p&gt;</dc:description>
