<dc:description>
This dataset contains the primary clinical data from a prospective, randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled clinical trial investigating the efficacy of focused Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) in patients suffering from non-specific chronic low back pain.

The study evaluated 60 participants allocated equally (1:1) into an intervention group (focused ESWT) and a control group (sham procedure). Pain intensity was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) at rest and during trunk movements (flexion, extension, and lateralization) across multiple follow-up time points: baseline, 15, 30, 90, 180, and 360 days post-treatment. Additionally, functional disability was assessed using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) at baseline, 180 days, and 360 days.
</dc:description>
