<dc:description><p dir="ltr">A through-the-scope twin clip (TTS-TC) was used to transformed the large defect into smaller ones. The TTS-TC was inserted through the biopsy channel of the endoscope, clamping one side of the wound while positioning the other side before releasing the TTS-TC.Subsequently, the wound size was reduced again using the "Origami" technique by approximating its central portion with multiple traditional through-the-scope clips, and finally the defect was completely closed.Histopathological analysis revealed a low-risk GIST.</p></dc:description>
