<dc:description><p dir="ltr">The 25 nuclear chromosomes reduced version of the minimal reference pangenome graph for Salminus brasiliensis (dourado, dorado), the migratory Neotropical fish. It was obtained with minigraph and uses the absolute reference genome coordinate system from VGP (Hap2). The four haplotypes (two from VGP/ARG, two from LARGE/BRA) were filtered off for all unplaced scaffolds, making for a slighter cleaner version for low-cost assembly of short-reads reference based assembly (attenuating reference-bias), informed structural variant calls and other downstream genomic applications. </p></dc:description>
