Data and Code Shunxiang Yang (21261239) Ecology not elsewhere classified Ecological network models, <p dir="ltr">This repository contains the data, code and supporting materials associated with the manuscript “Directional gating of structural bridges in ecological networks.” The study examines how structural connectivity differs from directional accessibility in ecological networks and introduces the concept of ordered accessibility to distinguish accessible relays from entry-, exit- and internal-order-gated structural bridges. </p><p dir="ltr">The repository includes materials used for the synthetic-network analyses, the northern North Sea transport-network analyses, current-field analyses, cross-system ecological-network comparisons, derived result tables and figure source data, together with documentation required to reproduce the main analyses.
