<dc:description>

This dataset contains anonymized data from 224 inpatients with urolithiasis recruited from the Department of Urology, Fujian Medical University Union Hospital, Fuzhou, China, between April and June 2026. It includes demographic and clinical variables (age, gender, educational attainment, marital status, household income, daily water intake, stone location, and stone recurrence status), health literacy scores measured by the Health Literacy Management Scale (HeLMS), and health-promoting lifestyle scores measured by the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile-II Revised (HPLP-IIR). The dataset supports the analyses reported in the associated manuscript examining the moderating role of educational attainment in the health literacy–lifestyle association.

填完后：
</dc:description>
