<dc:description>
This dataset provides derived data and empirical validation results for Cross-Panel Psychiatric State Transport (CPST) and the General Psychiatric State Index (GPSI), a framework for representing multidimensional psychiatric symptom burden as a continuous state coordinate and transporting that state across heterogeneous assessment panels.

The dataset contains two complementary empirical evaluations. First, a same-participant cross-sectional bridge analysis was performed using data from 263 individuals with major depressive disorder assessed with multiple psychiatric and behavioral measures. Non-overlapping symptom panels were used to evaluate cross-panel agreement, directional invariance, holdout state reconstruction, and transport uncertainty. Second, longitudinal data containing repeated PHQ-9, GAD-7, and BDI-II assessments were used to evaluate whether within-person changes in psychiatric state were preserved across different measurement panels.

The package contains only derived state coordinates, change coordinates, and validation summaries; original questionnaire-level source data are not redistributed. Included outputs cover cross-panel correlations and agreement, principal-component directional comparisons, fixed holdout transport validation, reconstruction uncertainty calibration, longitudinal state-change concordance, direction-of-change agreement, and leave-one-subject-out validation.

The accompanying framework defines a psychiatric state coordinate \(G\), a cross-panel transport operator \(T\), transport uncertainty \(U\), and a longitudinal state-change transport operator \(T^\Delta\). The data are intended for methodological research and reproducibility and do not constitute a diagnostic instrument or independently validated clinical decision rule.
</dc:description>
