Data Availability Statement - Workplace Gaslighting and Quiet Quitting among Nurses 俊彤 荆 (25112670) Nursing workforce workplace gaslighting quiet quitting psychological safety nurses longitudinal study <p dir="ltr">This item contains the Data Availability Statement for the study titled "The Longitudinal Predictive Effect of Workplace Gaslighting on Quiet Quitting among Nurses: A Three-Wave Cross-Lagged Panel Analysis".</p><p dir="ltr">The dataset consists of three-wave longitudinal survey data collected from 629 nurses in China. Due to ethical restrictions and participant privacy, the raw data are not publicly available. However, the data supporting the findings of this study are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.</p><p dir="ltr">Requests should be directed to the corresponding author at kfccr@126.com.</p><p dir="ltr">Variables included in the dataset: workplace gaslighting, psychological safety, quiet quitting, and demographic information.
