<dc:description>
This public timestamp freezes a prospective computational protocol for Registration Theory (Physical Foundations) before execution of a long-horizon canonical ACRF-4 first-capture control.

The experiment tests whether the approximately 50/50 raw native-stability first-capture result observed in an earlier eight-successor construction was a short-horizon consequence of common/background detector dynamics. The revised protocol fixes the source preparation and places the analyzer setting only in the measurement coupling. It includes a contemporaneous W=0 arm, four registered driven couplings, four complete-canonical-successor horizons, a single preregistered primary cell at W=0.030 and H=512, exact seed rules, tie and no-capture handling, OLS and mirror-symmetry diagnostics, and mutually exclusive outcome categories.

The protocol explicitly discloses all relevant results observed before registration, including the earlier eight-step raw-Lambda race, its zero-drive control, the common-mode/difference-channel decomposition, and the fixed-preparation mirror audit. The mirror audit and common-mode audit are included as supporting CSV files.

The exact executable script is included and identified by SHA-256 in the protocol. The script has not been used to execute the registered long-horizon experiment before this public timestamp.

The cos/sin analyzer coupling is an input to this experiment and is not claimed here as a derivation from more primitive Registration Theory.

Canonical theory name: Registration Theory (Physical Foundations).
</dc:description>
