Where multiple publications originated from the same clinical trial, they were linked to the corresponding parent trial and treated as a single trial for quantitative synthesis to avoid double counting of participants.</p><p dir="ltr">Extracted outcomes include genital psoriasis clearance or treatment response, genital symptoms and itch, sexual-health outcomes, quality-of-life measures, and safety outcomes, where available.
