<dc:description><p dir="ltr">This dataset contains survey data collected from 1446 teachers working in Türkiye. The data include teachers' cultural contact experience (whether they work in the same region where they were born or in a different region), the duration of working in a different region, gender, school type, and teaching experience, along with their scores on culturally responsive practices (CRP1–CRP13), cognitive empathy (COG1–COG9), negative affective empathy (NAE1–NAE5), and positive affective empathy (PAE1–PAE5). All items were measured using Likert-type scales. The dataset is suitable for researchers interested in teacher empathy, culturally responsive practices, and cultural contact experience. A README file describing all variables and coding schemes is included.</p></dc:description>
