Period: 14 February – 24 September 2026.</p><p dir="ltr">KEY FINDINGS</p><p dir="ltr">- Istanbul (448 reports, 33.41%) and İzmir (248, 18.49%) together account for 51.90% of all reports. This reflects where platform users are concentrated, not where problems are more common.</p><p dir="ltr">- In 31 of the 43 provinces with at least 5 reports, the most-reported category is "Roads and Pavements".</p><p dir="ltr">- 84 of the 108 illegal-parking reports (77.8%) come from Istanbul.</p><p dir="ltr">- In İzmir, "Waste and Cleaning" stands out: 65 reports, 36.1% of all waste reports in Türkiye.</p><p dir="ltr">SCOPE</p><p dir="ltr">The population is identical to the September 2026 version of the category dataset (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22948115): same filter, same cut-off. Summing the province × category table by category reproduces that dataset exactly. The province is determined by the administrative boundary in which the report's location falls; no report in this snapshot has an undetermined province.</p><p dir="ltr">FILES</p><p dir="ltr">- CSV (long format, 290 rows): province_slug, province_name, category_slug, category_name_tr, report_count</p><p dir="ltr">- PNG / SVG: bar chart of the 17 largest provinces plus "47 other provinces"</p><p dir="ltr">LIMITATIONS</p><p dir="ltr">- Report counts do not measure how common a problem is; they reflect how many platform users live in a province. The data cannot be used to rank provinces by how problematic they are.</p><p dir="ltr">- Deliberately not normalised by population: user distribution is not proportional to population, so "reports per capita" would be a misleading figure.</p><p dir="ltr">- 21 of the 64 provinces have fewer than 5 reports; category breakdowns there carry no statistical meaning.</p><p dir="ltr">- No de-duplication. "Solved" status is not verified by municipalities.</p><p dir="ltr">PERSONAL DATA</p><p dir="ltr">None.
