<dc:description><p dir="ltr">The PAXgene Cross-Project Atlas is an offline, interactive resource integrating deidentified human whole-blood RNA-sequencing results from 20,456 sequencing runs across 133 BioProjects. The atlas combines within-project normalized host-expression programs, Salmon mapping quality, Kraken2 sequence-reference classifications, sample annotations, batch-normalization diagnostics and exploratory joint rare-event screens. It enables sample-level comparison with project peers, cross-cohort identification of recurrent host-response signatures and prioritization of unusual host–sequence co-occurrences for raw-read validation. Taxonomic classifications represent sequence-reference matches and are not interpreted as evidence of infection, organism viability or causation.</p></dc:description>
