It contains 1,138 questions covering 15 care-stage categories, with 709 questions additionally organised into 316 short clinical sequences. Independent and longitudinal assessment support evaluation of question-level accuracy and correctness across linked questions.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">The dataset includes question definitions, reference answers, independent and longitudinal input views, sequence definitions, fixed evaluation weights, medical images and retrieval resources. Reviewed reference corrections are provided separately from the original answers. The accompanying README describes the package structure and use.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">BreastCARE is intended for research evaluation and does not establish clinical readiness.
