Triple Endoscopic Hemostasis for Colonic Diverticular Bleeding jixin chen (25100110) Gastroenterology and hepatology colonic diverticular bleeding Endoscopic hemostasis endoscopic band ligation <p dir="ltr">A 55-year-old woman was transferred to our hospital with a 2-day history of lower gastrointestinal bleeding. Her hemoglobin level was 67 g/L. She had no history of anticoagulant or antiplatelet use.Colonoscopy identified multiple diverticula scattered throughout the entire colon. In the hepatic flexure, an approximately 5-mm diverticulum was found with a white thrombus visualized at its base .Endoscopic hemostasis was performed sequentially:First, the white thrombus was coagulated using hemostatic forceps,followed by ligation of the mucosal tissue at the base of the diverticulum with a Boston ligation device,and finally the ligated mucosal base was closed with three titanium clips.The patient’s bleeding was successfully controlled,and she was discharged 4 days after the procedure.</p> 2026-09-23T23:00:34Z Dataset Media 10.6084/m9.figshare.33978073.v1 https://figshare.com/articles/media/Triple_Endoscopic_Hemostasis_for_Colonic_Diverticular_Bleeding/33978073 CC BY 4.0
