<dc:title><p>We report the Average Triplet Scores (TS) of the species trees inferred by ASTRAL and by STELAR using gene trees rooted with different techniques (e.g., MP, MV, etc.). In each row (model condition), the best value is highlighted in boldface. For readability and comparability across datasets with different numbers of taxa and gene trees, TS values are normalized by the total number of possible triplets (i.e., multiplied by the number of gene trees) and reported to four decimal places. Boldface indicates the largest value in each row based on the underlying unrounded normalized scores; ties may appear due to rounding. Missing entries under RD and RD-EX indicate that corresponding MSAs were unavailable, preventing these methods from being run. Similarly, empty cells under MAD reflect the absence of branch lengths and support values.</p></dc:title>
