Digital Leadership:<b> </b>A Cross-Sector Integrative Literature Review to inform Nursing and Midwifery practice ARRO Admin (15616499) Nursing - Midwifery <p dir="ltr">This protocol describes Stage 1 of a doctoral research programme and outlines a cross-sector integrative literature review. The review will systematically identify, analyse, and synthesise digital leadership models, theories, and conceptual frameworks reported across healthcare and the wider public sector. By examining evidence from multiple public service contexts, the review seeks to establish a robust theoretical foundation for understanding digital leadership within nursing and midwifery and to inform the subsequent empirical phases of the doctoral research.
