Patients with indeterminate pathology results, incomplete records, biopsies performed for diffuse liver disease, or lesions classified as LI-RADS 1, 2, or 5 were excluded. Demographic, clinical, laboratory, imaging, histopathologic, and outcome data were extracted from medical records. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize patient characteristics and histopathologic diagnoses.
