The dataset includes precipitation, temperature, relative humidity, soil type, NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index), human footprint, geomorphological type, elevation, aspect, slope, and land use. These variables were used to analyze the spatiotemporal dynamics of vegetation NDVI and its reach-dependent drivers in the Datong River Basin. The data cover the period from 2000 to 2024 and the study area of the Datong River Basin.
