Heart tissues were collected at 5 days post-infection (dpi). Six independent biological samples were included, comprising three CVA6-infected WT mice and three CVA6-infected Ifnar1-deficient mice, with each mouse representing an independent biological replicate.</p><p dir="ltr">The deposited files contain sample-specific processed single-nucleus gene expression count matrices.
