<dc:description><p dir="ltr">Steady shear and small-amplitude oscillatory shear measurements, and attenuated total reflectance infrared spectra, of tetramethylammonium chloride and citric acid (TMAC:CA) deep eutectic solvents at a 1:1 molar ratio with 10, 20 and 30 wt.% added water, together with screening flow curves of the choline chloride formulations from which that composition was selected. The rheometry was carried out on an Anton Paar MCR 302, on a 25 mm parallel plate and on a 50 mm one degree cone and plate, between 5 and 45 degrees C. The cone flow curves include the first normal-stress difference, recorded in both directions of the shear rate ramp on a single loading. The infrared spectra were collected on an Agilent Cary 630 with a diamond ATR accessory. The files are the instrument exports as written by the instrument software, converted to UTF-8 and renamed so that the sample, the geometry and the test are readable from the file name. No column has been edited, rescaled or interpolated. README.txt describes the column layout of both export formats and maps each file to the figure or table of the article that it supports.</p></dc:description>
