<dc:description>
This data is compiled from anonymised transcripts of research workshops. The two workshops included 20 people (10 in each) aged 16-32 (inclusive). The first workshop focused on those aged 19 or over while the second focused on those aged 16-18.

Workshops involved participants completing activities in three tables, with each table having three activities centred around the provocative prototype for the table (a prototype designed to encourage participants to reflect on ideas). These three provocative prototypes were each designed to give an alternative view of public service media in the UK that is more socially oriented than it currently is. These also used historical inspiration and were set in particular eras in time. This was part of an alternate history presentation of the more social version of public service media to encourage participants to think beyond what they would expect from media.
</dc:description>
