Zebrafish_CNCC_4C-seq_pax3a_promoter_viewpoint Junyan Lin (25079065) Genome structure and regulation PAX3 Transcription Factor <p dir="ltr">This dataset contains 4C-seq data from zebrafish cranial neural crest cells (CNCCs) using the <i>pax3a</i> promoter as the viewpoint. CNCCs were isolated from 48 hpf Tg(<i>sox10</i>:EGFP) embryos. Craniofacial tissues were micro-dissected and dissociated into single cells, and EGFP-positive cells were sorted by FACS. Approximately 1×10⁷ sorted cells were cross-linked, and 4C-seq libraries were prepared and sequenced on an Illumina platform.
