Disproportionality Analysis of the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (2005–2025)”</b>. The files were generated from publicly available FAERS quarterly data and include results from the primary, sensitivity, interclass, and within-class disproportionality analyses, together with time-to-onset and longitudinal reporting analyses. Oral adverse events were screened using 614 predefined MedDRA Preferred Terms, and analyses were performed across GLP-1 RA class, active-ingredient, and individual-product levels. The deposited files are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary verification of the reported findings.
