Reproducibility materials for deep-pocket configuration across residual opposing posterior tooth pairs in US adults Erna Wu (25076373) Ziqiao Zhuang (25076354) Weiwei Liu (341566) Dentistry not elsewhere classified Epidemiology not elsewhere classified periodontal pockets posterior teeth opposing tooth pairs NHANES oral epidemiology periodontal epidemiology reproducibility analysis code <p dir="ltr">This repository contains reproducibility materials supporting the study “Deep-pocket configuration across residual opposing posterior tooth pairs in US adults.” The study used publicly available NHANES 2013–2014 data to describe the distribution of deep periodontal pockets across residual natural posterior opposing tooth pairs.</p><p dir="ltr">The archive includes the final analysis code, independent verification code, non-identifiable aggregate outputs, participant-flow summaries, K/T/J structural-enumeration results, survey-weighted estimates, sensitivity-analysis outputs, software/session information, and file-integrity hashes.</p><p dir="ltr">K denotes the number of present natural posterior opposing pairs, T the number of deep-pocket-positive posterior teeth among the 16 target teeth, and J the number of affected opposing pairs. These materials support reproducibility of the reported descriptive analyses and structural non-uniqueness assessment.</p><p dir="ltr">No individual-level NHANES participant data are redistributed in this repository.
