The study evaluated a Theory of Planned Behavior-based educational intervention designed to promote intention toward physical activity. The dataset includes information from 212 participants on socio-demographic characteristics, physical activity-related knowledge, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention on physical activity. Data were collected at baseline and immediately after the six-week intervention.
