CEL files from 30 minutes of treatment with PACAP, in trplicates Babru Samal (15421874) Genomics and transcriptomics CEL RNA Affymetrix ACE-248 microarray <p dir="ltr">NS1 cells were treated with PACAP for 30 minutes, in triplicates. The cells were subjected to RNA isolation, followed by hybridization with rat Affymetrix arrays (ACE-248) and processed for microarray analysis.
