We were gathering target population between July-December 2022, 46 patients fulfilled eligibility criteria and were included in the final analysis. They were assessed using real-time Competitive Allele-Specific TaqMan PCR (RT-CAST PCR) for T315I, however only 32 patients underwent hemi-nested Sanger sequencing for broader analysis.
