<dc:description>
This dataset provides the source data and supporting analysis files for the manuscript entitled “Multimodal human data distinguish shared inflammatory pressure from context-dependent receiver-cell remodelling in checkpoint blockade toxicity.”

The deposited files contain complete source tables (Source_001–Source_079), figure source data, provenance and record information, analysis summaries, the selection-history appendix, cohort-specific clinical results and plots, and supporting documentation used to reproduce the reported analyses.

The associated study integrates publicly available human datasets spanning immune checkpoint inhibitor-associated myocarditis and colitis, epithelial transcriptomic programmes, T-cell receptor repertoires, spatial measurements, intestinal-organoid perturbation experiments, and tumour immunotherapy cohorts.

This repository contains derived and processed analysis outputs generated for the study. Original third-party public datasets are not redistributed here and remain available from their respective repositories and accession numbers as described in the manuscript. Analysis and figure-generation code is available separately through the ICI_irAE_Code GitHub repository.

The deposited source data support the results, figures and supplementary analyses reported in the manuscript.
</dc:description>
