AE 30min with PACAP Babru Samal (15421874) Cell development, proliferation and death CEL RNA Hybridization Affymetrix Microarray <p dir="ltr">NS1 cells were treated with PACAP for 30min, in triplicates. The cells were subjected to RNA isolation, followed by hybridization with Affymetrix ACE248 arrays and processed for microarray analysis.
