15 min treatment with PACAP Babru Samal (15421874) Biochemistry and cell biology not elsewhere classified CEL RNA Hybridization Affymetrix array <p dir="ltr">NS1 cells were treated with PACAP for 15 minutes, in triplicates. The cells were subjected to RNA isolation, followed by hybridization with rat ACE248 Affymetrix arrays and processed for microarray analysis.
