CEL files for SD 1h Babru Samal (15421874) Cell development, proliferation and death RNA microarray Affymetrix hybridization <p dir="ltr">NS1 cells were traeted with PACAP for 1h, in triplicates. The cells were subjected to RNA isolation, followed by hybridization with rat Clariom Affymetrix arrays and processed for microarray analysis.
